Design Cloud Geometry Grid not working

I imported Geometry Grid from the Design Cloud. I have tried re-ordering the three sections on the Geometry Grid and it looks like it works in the preview but when I push it out live the layout is only the same as when I imported it. In other words, it does not recognize any of the changes I make. Here is the website: https://www.theoris.com/managed/
Please fix this or tell me a work around!

Hi Andrew,

I imported the Geometry Grid on my local installation and did change a few things and it works correctly both in preview and the front end.

I wonder if you do not see a change at all? Even if you change the text of the section? If that is the case it might be caused by a cache plugin or your server having internal caching.

If you have cache plugin please kindly clear the cache and check the website using another browser to make sure you see the latest version. I would also contact the hosting service provider and ask if they have any kind of internal caching.

Thanks. It is working now. For some reason it wasn’t letting me move the pictures/text to different sections but now it is.

It could be a caching related issue, glad things sorted out on your end now.

Ok. On a related issue with the Geometry Grid. I am trying to add an ID to the section and it isn’t working. I am trying to create an anchor.

Hi Andrew,

Sorry but I’m not entirely certain of that issue, I tested the Geometry Grid template on my dev site, add ID to section and grid itself, and I got the ID on the frontend. Would you mind providing us steps on how we can replicate the issue?
