Design Cloud doesn't work even though it looks unlocked

Hi,

I have an issue with the Design Cloud, it looks right but the button doesn’t work and I am unable to get any of the “X” theme demos on my site. I had WordPress support look into it and they believe it’s a design bug.

Please help.

Thanks for writing in! In most case, you may be having an error 404 when you import a demo from the Design Cloud. It could be PHP memory limit exhaustion or that your PHP File Max Upload Size needs to be increase. Please go to Tools > Site Health > Status and make sure that there are no performance issues. You may also go to Tools > Site Health > Info > Server and check the PHP settings.

If nothing is helping, we would love to check your site. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

It looks the Upload max file size is 512M, does that sound like it might be the issue? If so what should I ask my hosting provider to increase it to?

The Upload Max should be enough. Please provide us access to your site instead so that we can investigate further.

I have checked your site and I found out that you have installed the wrong Cornerstone plugin.

It needs to be removed or deleted and then install the bundled Cornerstone plugin which indicated in your WP dashboard.
