Design Cloud: Cannot install site designs, but can install content/headers/etc

Hi there!

I’m just starting on this site. https://wp.coyotemotors.com/

I installed Pro. Now, I’d like to activate the “auto” site theme. But when I click on any of the site designs assets from the design cloud, nothing happens.

However, I can install any of the individual elements and get the normal “Would you like to automatically create…” text and the yes proceed/no, go back buttons.

Hi Hannah,

Thank you for writing in, please check the following first:

• Ensure that you are fully up to date. WordPress, Theme, and Cornerstone (Version Compatibility)

• Clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. While you’re at it, please deactivate this caching feature while we tackle this issue.

• Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials on a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look. Also, which site demo you want to install?

I just installed WordPress, Theme, & Cornerstone yesterday (it’s a brand new site - a subdomain of the primary site). I double checked and everything looks to be current.

The site has no caching plugins. This host is new to me (Hostpapa), but I don’t see any caching services there that I can clear.

There are no plugins active currently.

I can confirm there was an issue on our end where requests to Design Cloud site installs have been failing. This has been corrected. Please give it a try again and let us know how it goes. Thank you!
