The design cloud is loading the site templates but nothing else. I need the webinar asset/template. I reached out to my hosting company to fix PHP and modsecurity as per what I read in the Forum but that didn’t do anything. Can you help?

One question. I uploaded an element “The Final Countdown” from design cloud on the Leadership Retreat page. I kept all the sizing, but it doesn’t appear as it does on the sample. Do I need to give the elements time to connect, or is there a glitch?

Here is a video of the page/issue. The image that is supposed to appear on the right side of the page, like in your “Final Countdown” template, goes to the bottom of the screen. It appears correctly in Cornerstone but not on the actual page. My login details are in the secure note above.

I have checked the page and found broken HTML tag in the content, which breaks the structure. I have removed that, and now it is working as expected.
