Design Broke itself

Hi,

I’m working on a website design for a client and yesterday after I logged off everything was alright, then today when I came back to log in to continue working part of the design is broken.

Some of the design is still intact, but some other elements are completely broken, both in the editor and front end view respectively.

I tried turning off all plugins to no avail. The problem persists.

I also tried clearing cache both from the cache plugin and the local browser cache, etc., but the problem is still there.

Need help please as this means hours of work wasted.

Thank you for the inquiry.

This should not be happening normally. Someone else may have edited the components or a plugin interfered with the builder. Did you create a restore point or site backup? You could restore the site to a previous version if a backup is available. If there is no backup, then you may need to recreate the broken components.

Please provide a screenshot of the issue and post the login details in the secure note so that we can check the elements.

Hi @Ismael.

It happened all of a sudden so I had no chance to make a backup of the site. As referenced, I turned everything off but the problem persists.

Some of the broken parts

That was a fully made hero section.

I’m using the Max templates by the way. This is the second time something like this happens in a project with Pro and the Max templates.

I added the confidential information to the secure note.

Thank you for the update.

We haven’t encountered this issue on our end. You may need to recreate this section from scratch since no backups are available and we can’t retrieve it from a revision. Unfortunately, we can’t help you recreate it since we don’t have any specs of this section.

In the future, please make sure to create a site backup or save the page, sections, and elements as templates so you can easily re-add them in case something like this happens again.
