"Deprecated: block_categories is deprecated since version 5.8.0!"

Hello,

I am using Pro Theme.
When trying to edit pages, I am getting this error:
“Deprecated: block_categories is deprecated since version 5.8.0!”.

I have tried disabling all plugins. But I am still getting the error.
Website in question is https://pakistanrice.com/instant-quotation/

I have also lost the styling on the form, the form plugin developer told me that it has to do with theme.
Can you kindly guide me in the right direction to resolve this issue?
