Demo theme options overwrite

Hi,
I just bought your theme and am enjoying thus far.
I am trying to import the food trunk demo but the theme options dont get overwrited.

i would love some help in changing the theme options so that they match the demo.

Thanks for writing in! Did you encounter any errors when you imported the Food truck demo? To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:

Hi Fernando,

Thank you for providing the credentials. I tried to install the Food Truck demo site and it failed. I checked your permalink structure and I see you’re using a custom permalink structure which could be causing the issue. Try changing your Permalinks to Post Name, that is under WP Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and try to import the demo again.

Hi i had no success. i get a 404 Not Found
nginx when i try to enter design cloud( have tried multiple times)

When i got it to work i was still not able to download the demo because of an error( didnt state what the problem was).

Hi Fernado,

It seems your server configuration does not support pretty permalinks. Even just a standard page it returns 404 error.
