Demo content still not downloading

Demo content is not downloading it will literally stop and continue to say working. This only occurs on the premade demos such as restaurant, auto, spa etc. I am posting information to see if my server configurations are correct so I can find a remedy for this ASAP.

Please make sure that you have comply the minimum requirements to run WordPress. Please check this out:

You may have suffered PHP memory limit exhaustion during the import process. ​We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

You can add it before the line

If still not working, there might be a CURL timed out during the import process. To resolve this, insert the following code in your theme’s functions.php file. If file editing is allowed, you can simply go to Appearance > Editor and select “functions.php” file.

Where exactly do I paste the curl within the function.php?
