Demo Content not installing / strange errors

Hi guys,

I have used demo sites multiple times as starting points for sites. However, I’ve never had this issue that I’m experiencing now.
The agency demo site simple isn’t installing as it looks on the demo site, mainly with missing images and I see a strange text (black text, top left corner of image) faded/under the header bar that shouldn’t be there. I have done a fresh install and downgraded to the last stable version of X and I still see the error.

Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that you are using the updated version of the theme, WP core and plugins. Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • Pro theme 3.2.3
  • WP 5.5.1
  • PHP 7.2 or higher

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog:

If needed, you can start fresh by resetting the WP with the help of the WP Reset plugin.

And if nothing is helping, may we have the permission to reset it and install the Agency demo for you?

Thank you! I used the WP Reset plugin, reuploaded Pro and resintalled the demo content, and all looks good so far!
