Demo content not installing - php memory fine

I’m using X theme and I’m trying to use demo content but its stays in “initializing” and never ends up installing demo content. I’ve tried App and Agency and neither work. The standard demo works however. I’m using PHP 7 and my php limit is at 256mb so I don’t think it’s a memory issue.

I have cleared cache several times and even reinstalled themes. I uninstalled all plugins except rev slider before installing but still didn’t work. I would like to install App demo.

Thanks.
