Demo Content is not available on my Wordpress Theme X dashboard? where is it?

I checked your profile and it seems that you have Pro Theme licence. Please note that unlike X Theme, Pro Theme does not comes with demo import functionality as it has got a different templating system. However, Pro theme does has a new way of importing demo and that’s Design Cloud.
