I have recently installed X-theme and did the most recent update today. I wanted to load Demo content to get my site going but when I go there it is blank. If I click on the drop-down menu it says Standard and Expanded Demos but I can not click on anything. I have been through knowledge base so I know what it should look like. How do I get the demo content? Thanks!

Thanks for writing in! This should not have happen when you have a freshly installed X in your WordPress. In most case, this could be due to incorrect PHP versions or you may not have meet the requirement to run the latest version of WordPress. As expected, I found out that you haven’t meet the requirements to run the latest WordPress. It turns out that you only have PHP 5.6 and MySQL 5.5. You will need to contact your hosting provider and ask them for some assistance in upgrading your server configuration that will meet that requirements as stated here:
