As per the staff member who suggested I create a new thread, please see below.

I followed the advice of the staff member for server setting changes. I’m still receiving the message. I’ve included the credentials below. Please advise.

I can confirm that we can’t install the App demo on your website. I suggest that you upgrade your PHP version because it has some security issues. Let us know if you are done upgrading your PHP version so that we could check if the issue still persists and please ask your server to install some of the recommended modules that are missing on your website.
