Thanks for asking. :slight_smile:

It seems that Cornerstone plugin is not activated. I checked the website and can see that you have installed Cornerstone but is currently not active. From Plugins > Installed Plugins please make sure to activate Cornerstone and that should resolve the shortcodes that’s showing up.

Thanks for updating the thread.

Oaky, I see Cornerstone activated but it’s not the Cornerstone page builder plugin that comes with X Theme. It’s a complete different plugin developed by a different developer. Under Plugins > Installed Plugins deactivate and delete the plugin if it’s not in use. After that you can visit X menu to automatically install latest version of Cornerstone. I am also sharing the zip file that can be used to manually install Cornerstone.

Many thanks! I think the problem is that I cannot install cornerstone as the system says that the folder already exists. “Destination folder already exists. /home/alexinch/www/alexander-inchbald.com/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/”

Hi Alex,

Please login through FTP then go to wp-content/plugins then delete the current cornerstone directory that is in there. Once you deleted the directory, log back into the admin and Cornerstone should be automatically installed.
