Demo Content "App" template home page not viewable

Hi Themeco,

I have just bought my second X licence. The Demo Content “App” template home page is not viewable. The other pages load perfectly but the home page only shows a thin line at the top. In Cornerstone I get the error: "Unidentified problem viewing the home page in preview mode, switching to skeleton mode. Tried deleting and re-installing App demo but still have problem with home page. Any answers?

Thanks for the very detailed post information. It seems that this may have been caused by a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If still nothing works out, please provide us the url and access to your site so that we can investigate further.
