Deleted Blog Posts Still Showing up

Hello,
I deleted some blog posts that were included with the theme I use. Now they are still showing up as “Hello World” whenever you search my website on Google. Any suggestions?

Thanks for writing in! This is basically beyond theme support. However check your sitemap and change the update frequency (see secure note).
