Delete wordpress - webspace backup but not theme

Hello.
i have delete WordPress,i have only a backup from Webspace. Dont make backup from mysql, i do my webspace back with theme x, xpro and child pro, install WordPress from backup. Now i dont see my making Header and footer. Making with Header Maker Pro in X Pro. Where if save?. How can i find my Design Header and footer in back up and how can i make back.
