Delete Search icon

Good mornig.
I have noticed right now that the “search icon” doesn’t work at all. I searched some words, but it didn’t find them. Can I delete that icon? Have I to use a plugin or exist a more rapid way?

You can disable the Nav Search icon by going to X > Theme Options > Header > Search.

Good morning.
I have see that it’s okay to remove the Search Bottom, because it doesn’t work at all, but now I have an empty space in the end of my header. If I add an icon for contact (en envelop, for example, without a label), I see my menu too much near my site title (Hagar Lane), and in the end of the menu there is an empty space in any case.
My question is: May I put in the empty space an envelop icon instead of the Search icon? So I can link a Contast page instead of use that space to search something in my web?
I have uploaded an image where a red arrow indicate the point (empty and not beautiful space).

Hi Patrizia,

That space right there is a margin, if you notice on the left-side, you see it has that spacing as well, if you want to reduce that space, please navigate to Theme Options > Layout and Design and increase your Site Width.



To use an envelope icon to your navigation label, please add this code to your menu items navigation label

Thank you so much, Friech.
I have now 1550 px (the max value I can select) and 90% (the maximum), but the difference is very little. In any case I have reduced the names of my pages in the menu, so now I can go on. May be I will need very soon to create a logo and put it over the header, so I can use the entire header for my pages and the new pages.
I have now an envelope, but using a contact form and a plugin for menu-icons. I wanted to use the empty space out of the margin, but if it’s impossible… it’s okay in any case.

Hi Patrizia,

Glad you sorted things out, If your logo is too wide, lets say it will take up 1/2 area of the navbar. Then you need to adjust your Logo Width under Theme Options > Header
