Delay in video slider playback

Hi! We are using Slider Revolution to setup up locally stored videos on our website. There may be several videos one page in different sections. We have them set not to play until the section with the video is in view, but there seems to be a 2-4 second delay in loading the video when the section comes up so unless the viewer knows to wait for it, it just looks like a black area. Is there a way to preload all the videos on one page without playing them so that they load immediately when the viewer gets to a video section?
