Is it possible to add a delay to the button with the new version 8? I would like a button under the video that only fades in after 14 minutes and 23 seconds. Is that possible?

Thanks for writing in! Utilizing the Effects module in the latest version may be possible though it is a long shot since 14 minutes is quite a long delay. To do it, in your button element settings, go to the Effects module and enable the “Scroll” option. Set the type to Animation and then set a delay of your desired time.
By the way, 1 minute is equivalent to 60000ms.
