Hello, I just migrated this site over a live server. Everything is running fine on the front-end except the Looper Provider resources since they’re referencing a test server. The problem is, I can’t edit any element on any page and it gives me the error in the title of this support ticket. Please advise asap as this site just went live and I’m not sure why it’s throwing me this error.

I’ve attached login credentials in the secure note. Please let me know what you find. Try to edit any element. The site is barely live and I haven’t had any issues building/editing/etc. on the test site. Just as soon as it went live it’s now throwing me the error trying to edit the elements.

Edit: I think I fixed it by upping the max_execution time and max_input_time. Will follow up shortly.

For reference, I increased them to:
max_execution_time: 600
max_input_time: 1000

Hey @whistlermedia,

Thanks for reaching out!

Upon checking your website, I do believe that you had already figure it out because when I tried to edit an element, I don’t see any issues.

Cheers!

Hi,
I’m also seeing this message in the Cornerstone editor. I’ve made the same adjustments as @whistlermedia but it hasn’t seemed to fix the issue.

I wondering if it is connected to having to manually install X Pro via ftp? I did try and then install Pro-child theme and WP didn’t recognize Pro being the parent when it was already installed .

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Ben

Hi Ben,

I have checked and found that the Child Theme is already activated and is working fine. Can you please check and let us know if you are still having the same issue?

Thanks

Hi Tristan,

Its not actually working. This is what is displayed on the Themes page:

Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete.

Name
X – Child Theme

Description
The parent theme is missing. Please install the “x” parent theme.

Hi Ben,

In your WordPress admin dashboard, the Pro child theme is installed and working fine.

And I have also checked your Themeco Account, but didn’t find any X theme is listed. If you are referring to any other website that is listed in other account, please mention it for further investigation.

Thanks

I’ve had to uninstall Pro theme via FTP. Now when I attempt to upload pro.zip file I get an error message saying The link you followed has expired. Please try again.

Hi Ben,

It happens if you reply to the other’s thread. I am sorry for the confusion. I would suggest you create a new thread and share the WordPress admin credentials in the secure note for further investigation on your site.

Thanks
