Defeault theme font overriding custom font settings

Hello there,

We have set custom fonts for our site but have noticed that Helvetica is still be added here and there.

How do we force our custom fonts onto ALL elements by default?

Hello Spencer,

Thanks for writing to us.

By default, the element font is set as Inherit so it would inherit the parent container font and if the font is not set on the parent container DIV it would inherit the font from the body. Please ensure that you have set the Body and Content font as your custom font from the Theme Options or you have to manually set the font from the Element font settings.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have already set the fonts in Body & Content which is why I am confused.

The element is set to our custom font, but Helvetica is still being imposed. Please see the attached images showing the global font settings, the elements settings, and the browser output.

Our font works on elements but is being ignored globally.

How do we fix this?

Hello Spencer,

I went ahead and checked your settings it seems that you have set the Helvetica font on the font Palette which is why you are getting it. I would suggest you please select the correct font family there to get the right font or you need to set the proper font family on the element settings to get the correct font.
