Our theme is not the only factor that is involved in Google’s Page Speed Insights and for that reason, we cannot provide help nor improving page performance is included in our product support.
I’ll just suggest that you consult with a page speed expert as s/he will analyze your site and do improvements according to what you need regardless of theme and plugins used.

What other factors are involved? If I use the default WordPress theme I get a 99 score. I am a page speed optimizer. My server is finely tuned. When I look at the render-blocking resources I see Guttenberg which I can remove but next, there are Pro theme items listed. I will review your docs but your opening statement does not make sense.
The critical path by default is only “body{color:#202020}” as recommended using Autooptimize. Found here…

I went ahead and enabled W3TC and got the score to a 81.
Putting the two together got me to an 86.
FYI - I have the following items in place already per your docmentation…
My colleague is quite correct as the page speed issue is mostly related to the content,image, scripts used in your site and not related to the theme. As you have already gone through the article and seems the suggestions are already implemented, I will suggest you take any empty page to check the result and add the content to the same page 1 by 1 and check the result again to understand what exactly causes your issue.
