Default Text in tabs

How would I add default text in tabs when nothing is selected? I want it to simply say “No Warnings have been issued”

We are really sorry but there is no option to add default text in a tab element.
You can open one tab with default text.
If you really need the feature you are looking for, which required custom development.
We would encourage you to take a help from a developer and do that your self.
