Default Stylesheet issues?

I’m having weird issues that are bugging me.

When I load any of the stacks, they all just look really messed up. Its like a lot of the styling isnt loading. Havent added any custom code anywhere, uploaded Pro and Pro Child.

This is what it looks like

I’m either missing where the container background color gets changed its just weird. When I go to the light theme, its just 100% white. Looks very odd. The other stacks have similar issues with styling once loaded.
