Debug lists cornerstone plugin in fatal error

Hi,

I can’t login to the wordpress admin dashboard on two of our websites. I turned on debugging and the screen lists a fatal error that looks to be related to cornerstone (pasted below). The error occurred after I updated cornerstone from 5.3.2 to 5.3.3.

Please let me know if you can help with this.
Thanks,
Alison

Hi @asnieckus,

It seems that the PHP version is the reason behind your issue, I would suggest you to upgrade the PHP version to 7.4 by contacting your Hosting Service provide and check if that issue resolves or not. Please remember that updating PHP version is not in the scope of Theme Support, it is a Hosting Service provider’s part who can do it for you.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

@tristup

Thanks, upgrading PHP to 7.4 resolved the issue.

All best,
Alison
