As you can see that is loading multiple times, any idea what is doing this?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Upon checking it looks like different SVGs are loading, they might be used by a third party plugin. You can test it out by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
