Dashboard only shows 2 options - validation and under construction

Hello, I have just come to realize after reading some of the support docs online that my dashboard does not appear like how the support doc pictures look like.

I’ve using Pro theme and as per picture, it does not list out all the available sections like templates, headers, footers etc. Please advise if this is a settings issue.

Thanks for writing in!

The screenshots in the documentation need some updates. The Templates, Headers, Footers, etc. have been relocated inside the Cornerstone builder already in the latest version. Please check out this video instead:
