Cyberduck problems

Hello,

I had problems with the slider revolution not working, so I deleted it. When I want to install it, it gives me the message below.

I then went to “Cyberduck”, to go into the core files and delete slider revolution to reinstall it. I then receive this message from “Cyberduck”;

What do I do?

Regarding on the Cyberduck, I suggest that you reach out your hosting provider for more information and help. On the other hand, you can also use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/ to delete the folder of revolution slider in the plugin folder using your WordPress dashboard.
