Customizing the Recent Posts display elements

Hi there,

Thanks for writing around! You can use the following code to have an option to display or hide excerpt:

Then you can use the following shortcode:

[recent_posts count="1" show_excerpt="false"]

To display the excerpt just change false to true in the above shortcode.

To make everything centered, you can make use of the following CSS code:

.x-recent-posts {
    text-align: center;
}

How to NOT show recent posts after post content? (In X theme). I forgot which file under ‘views’ I need to edit.

Hi @Mbzo,

There are no recent posts after content, perhaps it’s from your customization. And we have no idea which files unless you can provide the thread it’s where discussed.
