Customizing search result page

Hi,
How are you? Quick question. Is there any way I can edit the search results page without getting into the code? For starters I’d like to have the “search term” show up, with number of hits. As well as having the ability to show the search, and “go back” to previous page.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! The search results page cannot be edited with any WP editor or a page builder like Cornerstone. This page is using the index templates and the items were generated by WordPress. If you want to add or change something in the search results page, you will have to modify the index with some custom css or custom functions.
