Hi X Theme Team,

I installed X-Theme today. I just wondered that I cannot find the Customizer-tool in Design.

Where can I find this?

and also Cornerstone Plugin…

“Unable to install Cornerstone. Your WordPress file permissions do not allow plugins to be installed.”
How can I solve this problem?

Hey Sarah,

We do not use the WordPress Customizer but I believe what you’re actually looking for is the Theme Options or the Design Cloud?

If so, you first need to install Cornerstone. Since you can’t install Cornerstone due to file permissions, you first need to fix your WordPress Files and Folders Permissions. You can either read this article: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/. Or, hire a developer to fix the file permissions for you. You might also want to ask your web host for support as this is a web host issue.

Once Cornerstone is installed, you’ll be able to see the options like in the screenshot.
