Customizer not working

I recently upgraded to X PRO - However, now my customizer is not working. I cannot edit CSS or access the Customizer at all.

Would this have anything to do with cloudflare? Currently I have the following page rules:

Please try to increase your memory allocation. To increase your WP memory limit, please follow the instructions here:

That worked! I had to change the memory limit to 256M.
