Customizer is not loading fully

I have went through all the help steps - turned off all plugins, turned back on one by one, etc etc. The customizer is not loading fully. It just sits with a blinking “X” and never loads completely so I’m unable to make any changes to the design. Super frustrating. I can make some modifications but it never displays them in the main preview box.

Thanks for writing to us

  1. It could be due to plugin conflict, or plugin outputting conflicting script in your preview.
  2. It could be your server not having enough memory to run
  3. You are having a different WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL)

You can try these Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Login to your WordPress dashboard
  2. Go to Settings -> General
  3. Your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) has to be identical.
    The preview will not load if you are having a different URL

You should also check the Server Memory Issue

  1. Purge all the cache and Clear your browser history then check it
  2. I would also recommend you to increase the PHP memory limit to 512M To learn more on how to increase the PHP memory limit, please go through this article: https://theme.co/docs/how-to-increase-php-memory-limit. You can also ask your hosting service provider to increase the memory limits.
