Customize widgets in X

Hey,
I’v installed this widget : https://fr.wordpress.org/plugins/recent-posts-by-category-widget/

I went to cornerstone and added this to an widget block :

[catposts]

I tried the same with an already existing widget :

[recent_posts count="3"]

which work alright.

Now the thing is in order for the first one to appear i need to customize it like this :

Use Shortcode to add "Category Posts Widget" to the content - Premium...

But i think is in conflict with cornerstone because i dont see that appearing in the menu.

So my question is. How to i customize widgets with X

Thanks for writing in!

I can see the plugin itself says it’s not tested for latest WordPress versions and may have a compatibility issue.

Please check this plugin in a different theme and let us know if that works properly.

Regarding the customization of the widget, there are no such options in the theme. Unfortunately, that needs custom coding which is out of our theme support scope.
