Customize Portfolio listing Page (Hide Title, Sort A-Z, Customize Excerpt Part)

Hi

Basic I want a portfolio listing page. I think I have 2 options to do it.

1. Page with Portfolio Layout.
   
2. Page with Classic Recent Posts Element.

If I go with the first option I need to hide the portfolio title and change the Sort button (A-Z, Z-A) instead of category based. and want to customize the excerpt part.

if I go with the 2nd option I need to hide the hover background and icon (modify some css) and also customize the excerpt part.

I prefer to go with the first option tho since I need the A-Z, Z-A displaying. Please advise. For me the posts/portfolio is always been a headache. and it takes time to display as what I wish.

Thank you for writing in, please utilize the Essential Grid extension instead for creating a custom portfolio grid.

Both options you mentioned above will require customization that falls outside of the scope of support that we can offer.
