Trying to find the settings for customizing the animations for Elements. Where can I adjust them?

Regretfully there is no animation feature for the elements at the moment. It is only possible if you are using the classic section, rows and columns. The fade animation were previous available in the classic column settings.

I’ve installed this template and this button is hidden until I bring the mouse over this box. So there is animation happening, i just don’t see where are the settings for it or how it’s happening?
