but doesn’t seem that your ethos theme can be adjusted to look like this. Can you please confirm if this is done from your theme?

The given example URL is using Acabado theme and not built with X theme. You may be able to replicate the site using the X theme with added styling and some modifications which are beyond the scope of our support by the way. Our support only offers to get your site set up, bug fixes and minor cosmetic changes.
