Customization of all blog posts

Hi all! I am struggling with the customization of blog posts. I want to do three things in here:

1. remove this gap between my navy-colour bar with the logo,
2. -deleted-
3. add a footer on the down.

Can you please help me with those three things? I have tried to find a solution on the forum but could not find the proper answer.

Thanks for writing in!

1.) The gap that you are referring to is the Landmark Header. It is supposed to display the Blog or Archive page title just like this:

3.) In Cornerstone > Theme Options > Footers, please make sure that you have enabled the Footer.
