Customising Benevolence Theme

I have gone with the Benevolence template but am having trouble changing the front page.
When I visit the page, there’s a banner at the top saying “Become a volunteer & Help us accomplish our goals”
It’s part of the template design. How do I change that to have my own pics and words? I’ve been stumbling around and cannot find anywhere. Many thanks

You will have to edit the page in Cornerstone and change the images and text from there:

Thanks Jade, I did try that first before writing in but I cannot edit the part highlighted yellow.

The slider on top is a revolution slider so you have to edit it in WP Admin > Slider Revolution
