Customise shop

Hi

If i click customise on this page https://www.commissionit.co.uk/shopping-products/ it does not let me make any changes to the results or make any changes to this page structure?

want to show 3 not 4 products per line etc.

says its using a “search-products” template but cant find this template if that’s where i edit it? dont have a page called “search-products” either…

Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

• X theme 8.2.3
• Cornerstone 5.2.3
• WordPress 5.7
• PHP 7.4

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog:

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

FYI: The given page URL is not your shop index. A shop index is a page where you have assigned in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop Page. The given URL is simply a normal page using the Template Search page template. This template is custom or coming from a plugin as this is not one of the page templates bundled in the X theme. It is best that you contact the owner of this page template.
