Hi I’ve identified an issue where the usual customise options are not available. I’ve uninstalled all plugins and it appears that gravity forms plugin is causing a conflict. However, I have two sites with exactly the same theme and plugin and the other is working fine. I cant seem to work out what is wrong. Any help would be much appreciated.

We’re sorry to hear you’re having an issue with your site, however, this is not an issue with our theme as I don’t have this issue in all my test sites and we have no other reports like this as well. But, just make sure everything is up to date and try re-installing X and Cornerstone or Pro.
If the issue persists, please contact Gravity Forms support to see if there’s currently a Customizer conflict with their plugin.
This could also be due to some configuration in your WordPress config or could be due to the WordPress file and folder permissions. In this case, you’d need to consult with a third-party developer to investigate the issue in your site.
