Customers Reporting Password Reset Errors

Customers are reporting that when they attempt to reset the password, that it’s sending them a reset password email, but when they click the link, it just takes them back to the reset password request link in an endless loop. Does anyone know why this is happening on my site? https://vitalitycbd.com

I recommend contacting your hosting provider to see what’s going on. Example https://wordpress.org/support/topic/reset-password-functionality-not-working-on-wp-engine/. The theme or plugin has no capability to change the reset password system. I also recommend disabling your CloudFlare to see if it’s just cache and redirect related.
