Dear support,
I am trying to customize a category of WooCommerce product page to be totally built from scratch.
So I went to Cornerstone > Layout Builder and create a custom WC Single layout containing a Section > Row > Column without spacing, and with only Product Long Description as an element.
It seemed to do the trick properly, since if I assign to that category of product this layout, I can see a page totally customizable with Cornerstone, and If I try to build it it works, but…I can’t see the preview of the page in Cornerstone while working on it!
Can you please help me understand why?

Thanks for writing in! The product is in Draft mode. You should published it first before it can be viewed in the builder.

Please perform the following tests:
If the issue persist using the parent theme with no active plugins, please copy your site to a staging server and provide staging WordPress Admin access so we can troubleshoot further without disrupting your live site.
