Custom text boxes on ConvertPlus?

Hi all,

I’m trying to add a custom text box to a convertplus modal popup. I can’t seem to find any option, nor anything on google. My client essentially wants a block of text underneath with a “Opt In” (Which I need to hook up somehow aswell?) Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as from what I can see so far, there isn’t a method to add your own custom text blocks to the convertplus short of selecting a pre-made one.

This request would require customization. Regretfully, customization is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.

No problem at all! I’ve passed the info onto the client and will see where we go with it. For my own sanity, is there a way to edit the code directly of the popup? I’m trying to actually remove a text box at the moment, but i’m not having much luck. Else is there a way to tag on via a class / id or something?

Hi @Keanu,

If you are talking about the Convertplus popup modal, there is no such option, and as mentioned by my colleague that goes into the customization part. If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.
