Custom side bar not displaying

Hello

I have installed theme x on my website and on this page https://thisisingleton.mintbig.com/about-ingleton/ as per the below screenshot. I am using the left sidebar template here.

But it is not showing on my website.

Can you please tell me the reason and what’s the solution for that?

Thanks for reaching out.

Although you have implemented the Page Attributes with the Layout - Content Left, Sidebar Right template when it implements the Full Width templates when loading to the browser.

Please check that the Page Attribute is saved properly, and the widgets are set to the proper Widget Area. You can check that from Appearance > Widget.
You can also check the value set to the Content Layout in Theme Options > Layout Design, and select the exact layout you want.

If none of this helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note, including:

– WordPress Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username / password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
