Custom Shortcode shows at top of page instead of where it's placed

I’ve created a shortcode and placed in a Classic Raw element in the second column under the headline. It dynamically pulls in a video from Wistia.

But instead of showing where I placed the raw code, it shows at the top of the page.

Please advise.
