Custom Search Bar Direct to Specific URL

Hello,

I’d like to know if it’s possible to create a search bar that let’s a user go directly to a specific page on our website.
For example, our products have “Lot Numbers” and a QR code that when scanned will take them to a search page.
The goal of the search page, is for them to type in their lot number, hit enter, and then be taken directly to a page that has all the product information and certification information for that particular lot number.

Essentially, i’d like to be able to code the search to append the LOT number they type in, to the end of set URL. For example. https://vitalitycbd.com/lot-number-XXXX, where the XXXX is added from the information added into the search bar.

Is this possible? Are there extensions that can do this?
The owner is adamant he wants this functionality and i’m drawing lots of blanks.

Hi Jesse,

Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. I tried to search for a plugin but couldn’t find something that works exactly as you want it.
