Custom pro button to add to cart [but..page refreshes!]

I am using a PRO button to Add an item to the cart. This is to keep the styling common amongst the buttons on the site and because the PRO buttons offer so much intuitive styling (particles, layers, subheadings, graphics et al) they knock everything else into a cocked hat.

However, I’m using the standard href link on the button, for example: index.php/?add-to-cart=276

Whilst this works it clearly isn’t AJAX friendly as the standard woocommerce shortcode [add_to_cart id=276] doesn’t refresh the entire page - whereas the PRO add to cart button does.

Is there a way to get a custom PRO button not to refresh the page (I’ve tried searching for this already)?

Also, please consider adding a Woo Commerce Add to Cart button editor in your list of ELEMENTS. The standard buttons and features are ugly as hell and many users have installed woo commerce on their WP sites. It would be, I think, a worthy addition to the Themeco arsenal of toys.

I’m guessing, from the time to reply, this is not as simple as it sounds?

Hey @Westy,

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by Pro It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. Pro is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
