Custom Post Type UI shows numeric slug instead of title slug

Hi, I’m using Custom Post Type UI to create a custom post, but the slug that is being created is an ID number and not the title… like in a normal post (please see attached image). How can I fix this, please?

Hello Paul,

Thanks for the very detailed post information. When you first create a post and save or preview it without adding any title, the post ID will be used as the slug. You can simply edit the page and add the title or you can change the slug to somethings directly.
